ok instead of earning op on server they should get 3 references from supreme+ and once they they get 3 ref. they go on website and apply for op.Another thing is when they apply, supreme+ ranks can vote +1 or -1 if they get 2 -1 the application is closed if they get 4 +1 they get ranked op. I would like this idea because that way when they get op they will have lots of experience and how to deal with everything.
