Rules:
1. you can NOT take up a huge amount of space like half the map
2. You can NOT grief the competition, If you do then you will immediately be disqualified and you will be banned (with appeal allowed to be made).
3. Have fun with it
Prizes:
1st place: A 512x512x96 personal world, and 1 month color name.
2nd: A 350x350x150 personal world.
3rd: A 96x96x32 personal world.

I think you are right the default for grief (minimum) is 30 blocks anymore than that its insta ban (but still make appeal but can NOT be in anymore contests)
